Newt’s postwar collection is outstanding in both its size and the number of rarities.   This collection includes Hudsons, F3 and FM’s, switchers, mint rolling stock and on and on.  Newt also had many rarities like the 2347 C&O GP and odd colored flatcars like the black dozer and scraper. There is a large amount of unrun freight cars and mint items. This collection includes additional fun train items like a separate sale milk platform, autos, dozers, scrapers, many bulbs in boxes and so much more it is hard to list.  I believe the sale includes every single separate sale item I can think of that Lionel made in the postwar era.
