Stout Auctions is proud to present an O scale auction featuring the trains of Jack Littfin. Mr. Littfin spent years creating an O scale logging railroad in exacting detail. The attention to details can be found in the motive power, rolling stock, buildings, and accessories that you\u2019ll find in this special one-day sale. Jack also collected locomotives spanning coast to coast, far beyond the bounds of his logging railroad. In this sale you\u2019ll find O scale brass steam large and small with railroads from across the country.<\/p>\n

Highlights of this wonderful collection include numerous locomotives from the Great Northern Railway including steam, diesel, and electric locomotives and large Union Pacific motive power such as the famous turbines, Big Boys, and Challengers. The logging railroads are also well represented with Heisler, Shay, and Climax locomotives lettered for the Western Maryland, Littfin Lumber, and more. The rolling stock should also be noted with plenty of blocks of lumber cars, cattle cars, grain hoppers, refrigerator cars, and more. Last but certainly not least is the fine collection of kit and scratch-built buildings and structures that came from Jack\u2019s layout. You\u2019ll find coaling towers, depots, stores, houses, and more. Many of these buildings have been highly detailed and weathered.<\/p>\n
